Financial Assistant Role

The role involves providing administrative support in a financial capacity.
Duties include processing accounts payable invoices, managing payment runs, and maintaining supplier records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, experience with accounting systems, and advanced computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Process weekly payment runs and ad hoc payments.
- Input debtor invoicing and send to clients.
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenditures.
- Administer player medical costs and manage Medicare returns.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable queries.
- Maintain petty cash, floats, and Uber expenses.
This is a part-time position requiring flexibility.
