**Job Summary**

Support the engagement of key stakeholders for effective communication with landowners in the Gippsland region.

The successful candidate will have experience in engaging with landowners regarding land access for major infrastructure projects, maintaining and updating information management systems, and demonstrating strong communication and writing skills.

They will also possess organizational and project planning skills to support permitting activities, including interpreting Commonwealth and Victorian legislation.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Assist project directors with land-owner liaison and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain and update information management systems, including Consultation Manager
  • Contribute to procurement and contract processes, including liaising with external advisors and consultants
  • Develop and publish digital content, supporting the production of events, online forums, and newsletters
  • Prepare letters, FAQs, briefs, and presentations
