Job Overview

This is a high-level administrative support position that provides critical assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management and Leadership Effectiveness: Effective management of the Chief Financial Officer's time to ensure timely delivery of priorities and meeting accountabilities.
  • Strategic and Executive Support: Provision of high-quality executive and administrative services on strategic, operational matters.
  • Planning and People: Contribution to building a people-centric culture in the portfolio.
  • Financial and Resource Management: Commitment to ongoing financial cost constraint and prudent use of resources.
  • Social, Environmental and Financial Impact: Commitment to sustainable practice and action in all endeavors ensuring decisions align with protecting people, place and planet.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with professionalism and discretion required for executive-level leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity to develop and implement sound solutions focusing on continuous business improvement.
  • Highly developed skills in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite with ability to support content creation enabling a complete digital footprint.
  • Responsive with ability to deal with high volume workload, competing priorities and unexpected events ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Collaborative working approach and keen team player.
