Drive innovation and efficiency across various business areas as a key member of our IT team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. As a Process Improvement Expert, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our digital transformation initiatives.
Your Role- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and help translate them into practical solutions.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of process improvement projects—from planning and testing to deployment and support.
- Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency using modern tools and platforms.
- Document processes and maintain clear records to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- You will have 3+ years of experience in process improvement within a medium to large corporate environment.
- Proven experience delivering process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Copilot Agents) and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Boomi for process automation across enterprise systems is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Workato, K2, and/or Automation Anywhere is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to discover, understand, and integrate with RESTful APIs.
- Experienced in integrating across hybrid environments, including cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of security best practices and how they apply to process improvements.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- An interest in learning and growing professionally with a willingness to explore new tools and approaches.
- A proactive mindset that supports continuous improvement and contributes to team goals through thoughtful problem-solving.
Developing innovative solutions and streamlining processes are just the beginning. As a Process Improvement Expert, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining documentation and record-keeping to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
