High-Level Tax Law Specialist

This role involves providing high-level legal services to a variety of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on tax law needs including initial business structuring advice and drafting applications for tax rulings.
You will be responsible for managing a team of lawyers, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
The Role- Assist numerous small and medium-sized businesses with a broad range of tax law needs.
- Supervise a small team of talented lawyers, mentor junior lawyers, and support their growth within the firm.
Additionally, you will be involved in supervising a team of lawyers, which includes mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their growth within the firm. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide initial business structuring advice to clients.
- Offer restructuring/rollover relief advice and draft ATO/private ruling applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a tax lawyer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
