  • Providing general cleaning services, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces within clients' homes.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
  • Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Organizing and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
  • Following established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.

Essential criteria include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Blue Card / Yellow Card.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
  • Own Vehicle and Comprehensive car insurance.
