About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Domestic Cleaner to join our team at Right at Home Central Queensland. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with domestic cleaning tasks, ensuring their homes are clean, tidy, and comfortable.
  • Work within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.
  • Observe, care, and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
