About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Domestic Cleaner to join our team at Right at Home Central Queensland. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with domestic cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Organise and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
Qualifications
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Blue Card / Yellow Card.
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence.
  • Comprehensive car insurance.
