We Expect From You

A digital solutions specialist will be responsible for providing ongoing day-to-day support for our financial advice platforms, with opportunities extending into member online and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the adviser onboarding and offboarding process
  • Configuring new super plans and plan data updates onto the advice platform/s
  • Managing user support mailbox (including troubleshooting)
  • Managing advice templates
  • Reporting - various monthly and quarterly reporting including data extract for marketing team
  • Invoicing payment process including peer review of user license count
  • Contributing to enhancements to the advice platforms from gathering user requirements, configuration, and testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years business analyst and/or technical business support experience in financial advice
  • Knowledge of superannuation and/or financial advice processes
  • Experience/knowledge of financial advice systems Xplan or Midwinter
  • Desirable skills include experience with intra-fund financial advice and platform installation/migration
  • Customer relationship management system experience, e.g., Salesforce
