Job Title: Digital Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a member of the Support Team, you will work closely with international teams to review and act upon events automatically generated by the event management system.

You will be working on a variety of tasks, including Event Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Smoke Tests. Your goal will be to ensure that all incidents are resolved promptly and efficiently, and that our clients receive the best possible service.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can take ownership of problems and incidents assigned to the Support Team. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with international teams to review and act upon events automatically generated by the event management system.
  • Take ownership of incidents that are assigned to the Support Team.
  • Ensure Problems are kept active and updated and resolved in line with the Problem management process.
  • Raise and implement Service Now Change Requests to support software changes to any of the supported environments.
  • Verify and continually monitor the production environment to ensure it is available for use by the business and customers following maintenance outages.
