Job Description

We are seeking an Inclusive Employment Services Manager to lead teams and shape the future of employment services in Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to build a service from scratch, drive innovation, and deliver lasting outcomes for people with mental health conditions and their families.

  • You will lead a team of Employment Consultants and mentor them to deliver high-quality services.
  • You will develop strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
