Are you a strategic leader with experience in employment services?

We are seeking a skilled Employment Services Manager to lead our mental health specialist division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team, shaping the future of inclusive employment in Australia.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and quality in employment services for people living with mental health conditions and their families.
  • You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the individual placement & support (IPS) model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
Requirements
  • A relevant certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
