We are seeking an Employee Experience Transformation Specialist to lead the overhaul and enhancement of our onboarding process, laying the foundation for future improvements across the employee lifecycle. This role is an exciting opportunity to create a seamless and engaging onboarding journey for new hires, focusing on pre-day-one engagement and the crucial first weeks of employment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for revamping the onboarding process to create a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on support to employees and managers throughout onboarding, ensuring all steps are completed successfully.
  • Identifying gaps in the current process by gathering feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging technology to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Coaching and guiding managers on their role in onboarding and holding them accountable for delivering a positive experience.
  • Own the new starter survey, analysing feedback, and using insights to enhance the onboarding process and wider employee experience.

About You

You have a strong background in stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and project delivery, with hands-on experience collaborating across teams to drive change. Your exposure to working with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering teams will equip you with the functional expertise to lead transformative projects. Systems-savvy and highly energetic, you're a self-starter who excels in coaching leaders, educating teams, and holding them accountable to create a positive and seamless employee experience.
