Job Title: Remote Clinical Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Remote Clinical Manager, you will oversee the care team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and provide person-centered care to meet their unique needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary to maintain excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Mentor and support care staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and their families, establishing trust and rapport.

Requirements:

  • Compassion and a strong sense of community are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience in running an aged care facility or supporting role (20 bed home) is required.
  • A solid understanding of all Aged Care accreditation standards is necessary for success in this position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant legislation, AN-ACC, regulatory requirements, and professional standards is essential.
  • Experience with budgets, rosters & HR is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to lead & mentor a team of RNs and care staff are crucial for this role.
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey information and inspire others.
  • COVID and FLU vaccinations are mandatory.
