Key Role: Mechanical Assembler Supervisor

About Our Company:

We provide innovative manufacturing solutions for the automotive industry, focusing on high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position with standard hours from 8am till 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Lead and motivate production staff to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Production Planning: Collaborate with Purchasing Officer to develop production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain highest quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assembling: Hands-on role involving active participation in manufacturing tasks and activities.
  • Training and Development: Provide training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in production or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits:

Full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday schedule.

One year of mechanical assembly experience required.
