Administrative Support Coordinator

We are a dynamic Private Physiotherapy practice dedicated to providing exceptional Sports Injuries, Clinical Pilates and Women's Health services.
About You :
Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
Position Summary :
This part-time position is approximately 2-3 days per week.
You will provide administrative support to our managers and physiotherapists, coordinating all incoming and outgoing communications, receiving calls, taking messages, and managing emails.
You will also oversee email correspondence, assist with filing and documenting data, and take on additional administration duties such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and sending/receiving items.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle front desk tasks, including greeting clients, directing phone calls, invoicing, and managing emails.
- Provide information and referrals to clients as required.
- Support the administration team with various tasks as directed by the manager.
- Greet persons entering the organisation
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Ensure common areas are equipped with required supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Manage groups (Hydrotherapy, Clinical Pilates and GLAD).
