Operations Manager Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of both onshore and offshore operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Transfer Agency to implement best practice target operating models and enhance operational performance.
  • Mentor and support Team Leaders and Transfer Agency Operations staff to drive performance excellence and staff retention strategies.
  • Support the effective allocation of clients and deliverables across the Transfer Agency Operations teams.
  • Partner with CRM team to ensure smooth and professional client relationship management.
  • Assist in the successful onboarding of new clients and seamless transition of work.
  • Lead transition meetings with CRM team.
  • Oversee the performance and service delivery of offshore partners.
  • Contribute to the delivery and execution of operational projects in partnership with the Head of Transfer Agency.
  • Review and approve Incident Reporting.
  • First level escalating for Client enquiries.
Essential Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance discipline.
  • Experience with offshoring processes and transformation.
  • 5+ years' operational experience in unit registry.
  • Previous experience of managing teams.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables.
