Senior Hydrologist Role Opportunity

This position presents a chance to excel in flood modeling and collaborative project work. You will be involved in diverse projects across sectors including Mining, Built Environment, Infrastructure, Industry, and Power.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of industry experience, including consultancy work, with skills:

  • Relevant engineering qualifications and experience.
  • Extensive hydrologic and hydraulic modeling expertise, particularly in TUFLOW.
  • Hydrological modeling and assessments using DRAINS, RORB, WBNM, XP RAFTS, and Australian Rainfall and Runoff guidelines.
  • Knowledge of surface water engineering areas such as stormwater management, erosion control, water quality assessment, streamflow assessments, and flood risk analysis.
  • Experience in assessing and designing water-related structures like dams, levees, and diversions.

Excellent communication, technical writing, and project management skills are also required. A strong track record in building client relationships is essential.
