About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Future You.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and architecture
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
