Injury Recovery Specialist

Injury Management is a critical role in maintaining employee health and wellbeing.
About the RoleThis position involves supporting employees recovering from work and non-work-related injuries or illnesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims, developing practical recovery plans, and providing advice to leaders and employees.
- Manage workers' compensation cases in line with legislation.
- Design and monitor tailored return-to-work programs.
- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees.
- Build relationships with insurers, medical providers, and internal teams.
- Support training and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in injury management and workers' compensation.
- Current Return to Work Coordinator certification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in Injury Management, Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Ability to hold or already hold a Working with Children Check.
- Competitive hourly rate + super.
- Majority remote work with centre visits.
