Role Overview

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost and Commercial Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our Cost and Commercial Management offering through client-facing delivery of services.
  • Deliver sound and effective commercial management and quantity surveying services, leading by example to achieve company goals.
  • Support the development of proposals, client briefs, and project execution plans while collaborating with project and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver commissions within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations, while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying related areas.
  • Demonstrated consultancy experience in the buildings/property sector.
  • Experience in the schools and broader education sectors and/or the residential sector.
  • A minimum of six years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
  • Completed professional accreditation and be a member of the RICS and/or AIQS.
  • Experience in leading the delivery of cost management services on a variety of projects.
  • A sound commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures.
