We are seeking a highly skilled medical professional to lead patient care within a General Medical Unit. The role is challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate emergency response teams to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Develop and implement clinical handover procedures to enhance patient safety.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
- Hold a Bachelor of Medicine or equivalent qualification and be registered with the relevant medical authority.
- Demonstrate expertise in routine and procedural ward-based skills.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
