About the Role:

  1. Inventory Management: Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  2. Leadership Development: Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.

Benefits and Compensation:

As a Fulfilment Manager at Dan Murphy's, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
