About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Healthcare Staffing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual client needs and goals.
  • Collaboration and Education: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Client Records and Professional Development: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech pathology.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
