About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our community-based healthcare network, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to clients in their homes and within community networks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating clients' conditions and needs through observation and assessment
  • Developing tailored treatment plans to support client goals and objectives
  • Liaising with NDIS service providers to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Promoting internal and external marketing initiatives to grow our network

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our community team, including plan and support managers and therapists, to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a community-based setting
  • AHPRA registration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in your community
