Experience the essence of professional growth as a Graduate Lawyer in our 12-month rotation program, where you will gain hands-on experience across multiple legal practice groups.

Your Role

You will be part of a dynamic team that rotates through three key areas: Commercial; General Insurance; and Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice. This will provide you with exposure to diverse legal practices and opportunities for growth.

  • You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, interacting directly with clients and gaining valuable insights into their needs.
  • You will conduct thorough research and provide timely information to support your colleagues.
  • You will draft high-quality advice for review, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will attend court as required, representing the firm with professionalism and poise.
  • You will assist with witness statements, ensuring seamless communication between experts and stakeholders.
  • You will brief experts as needed, coordinating efforts to achieve optimal results.
About You

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A strong academic background, preferably with recent completion or current enrollment in a law degree program.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A driven and focused attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
