About the role With a strong pipeline of work, our Melbourne Property &Developments team have a brand new full-time role available for a Lawyer with at least 2 years' PAE.
The team act for some of Australia's most well-known brands, making this an excellentopportunity for a Lawyer looking to build on their skillset with complex and interesting deals.
You will have direct access to Partners and senior Lawyers, and the benefit of strong secretarial support.
Some of your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:Managing conveyancing and property settlements across Victoria through the PEXA platformPreparing, negotiating and reviewing commercial leases, agreements for lease, licences and related documentsDrafting and reviewing contracts of sale and related documents (including caveats and s27 statements) for residential and commercial propertiesLodging plans through the SPEAR platformConducting legal research and advising on a broad range of property related mattersAssisting with financial settlements across VictoriaAssisting with due diligence for property and commercial transactions About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted Lawyer with at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law.
