We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing a safe and secure environment.

Job Description

The Security Officer will be responsible for:

  • Providing security services at Macarthur Square, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors
  • Managing access, responding to client requests, and ensuring the safety and security of the site
  • Assisting in emergency situations and demonstrating pro-active security awareness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • An Apply First Aid Certificate
  • A Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security and Security Control Room Operator
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days/nights
