Retail Security Officer Role

This role requires experienced retail security officers for various sites across Sydney. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a good security presence, providing customer service, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide excellent security guard presence to protect clients' sites
  • Be approachable and demonstrate strong customer service skills when dealing with the general public and clients
  • Effectively resolve all security-related incidents in a safe and timely manner

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Conduct: Display a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Presentation: Ability to maintain a clean, neat, and well-maintained appearance at all times
  • Performance: Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English, ability to identify and respond professionally to security incidents, be physically fit, and display high standards in customer service

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
