Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of frontend engineers in building accessibility into our core product.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience managing frontend engineers and leading impactful teams. They will also have driven significant technical changes as both a leader and hands-on contributor, and have worked cross-functionally to build scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of frontend engineers in building accessibility into our core product
  • Coaching and mentoring junior engineers
  • Shaping a roadmap for the team's future development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have solid frontend engineering experience, including Javascript and Typescript, and be passionate about inclusive design. They will value mentorship, feedback, and creating a safe space for engineers to thrive.
