As we continue on our journey, we need someone with strong data entry skills and a passion for customer service to join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide general administration, data entry, and office support where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
  • Utilise multiple freight systems to track deliveries and resolve customer queries.
  • Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  • Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
  • Be able to read customer situations accurately and anticipate their needs.
  • Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment.
  • Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner.
