About the Role

This exciting opportunity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Literacy Specialist to join our team. As an Information Literacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering innovative digital literacy programs and resources to students across various campuses.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of trends in library and information services, digital literacy, and open education. They will also have knowledge of scholarly information resources and educational technologies, as well as demonstrated high-level information and digital literacy skills.

We are looking for a collaborative and flexible individual who can work effectively in a hybrid environment and contribute to the development of digital and information literacy skills for students. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital literacy programs and resources that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective information literacy initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in library and information services, digital literacy, and open education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Library Science, Education, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in information literacy or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering digital literacy programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
