As an educator, you will teach essential skills such as digital literacy, numeracy, and literacy to English-speaking background students on a part-time basis (10 hours, 2 days a week).

Selection Criteria:

  • Essential:
    • Tertiary degree in adult education or a related field;
    • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) including TAELLN411;
    • Experience in delivering the Certificate in General Education for Adults (CGEA);
    • Teaching experience with both native English speakers and those with English as an additional language;
    • Proficient computer skills;
    • A current National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
  • Desirable:
    • Demonstrated success working with youth;
    • Experience using the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
