Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive facilities operations manager to oversee daily activities across three residential strata properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assets, reviewing maintenance contracts, and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

  • Oversight of daily activities across residential strata sites.
  • Management of all building assets: fire systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, lifts, and recreational facilities.
  • Review and management of preventative maintenance contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance, safety, and optimal asset performance.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3+ years' experience in facilities/operations management, strong technical knowledge, experience in contract and asset management, excellent communication skills, and trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields.
