Pool Service Provider Job Description

The role of a Pool Service Provider is to deliver exceptional service to our guests while promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere at the poolside.

This position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can provide personalized and memorable experiences for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a welcoming environment at the poolside by displaying a positive attitude and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  • Attend to guest needs and requests, providing prompt and efficient service with regards to amenities and refreshments.
  • Record transactions accurately using our system, maintaining attention to detail and upholding hotel policies.

Requirements & Benefits:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required; additional certifications desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends is preferred, but not essential.
