Poolside Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at the poolside by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a fun and enjoyable experience for guests by demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Attend to guest needs and requests by providing high-quality service, including provision of towels, sunscreen, and other amenities.
  • Take guests' food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising on menu options.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly following established procedures.
  • Record transactions accurately using our system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the poolside area.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
  • A current I'm Alert Food Safety Certification is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • First Aid qualification is highly desirable.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia are necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends, with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being preferred days.
