About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to work within the Balance of Plant Team to project manage an array of various scale engineering projects. You will be joining a team of smart, driven, collaborative, and highly dedicated individuals who love solving engineering challenges and are excited to be fighting the climate crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules, internal and external interdependencies, program risks, and opportunities with the Balance of Plant Team.
  • Manage development sprints for small projects within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of Hysata's engineering and product development processes.
  • Work with the teams to develop means for reducing critical path length without adding risk.
  • Develop risk registers with the input of the engineering team.
  • Contribute to the definition of Hysata's project management approach.
What You'll Bring
  • An engineering degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in engineering design, with experience in the process sector such as oil and gas, industrial gases, or chemicals.
  • Familiarization with sprint/agile methodologies and interest in blending this with a waterfall approach to achieve excellence in project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or JIRA similar project management software.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in recognized methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
