The Role

This full-time position involves working at one of our stores, where you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in our comprehensive management development training program
  • Providing expert professional customer service at all times
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Contributing to store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Induction of new team members
  • Completing administrative tasks when required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate your team
  • An energetic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • A current driver's license
