Trainee Role

This trainee position is ideal for Year 10 students who are eager to gain work experience and develop new skills.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and learn about the day-to-day operations of a retail business.

The role involves working towards a Certificate II in Warehousing Operations and gaining practical experience in customer service, sales processing, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard at the workplace

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
