Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as an Assistant Creative Director.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Global Creative Director to bring innovative ideas to life, refine our visual identity, and lead a high-performing Graphics team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the brand's creative vision
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the graphics team
  • Maintaining and evolving the brand's visual style
  • Developing mood boards, concepts, and fresh ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Aligning creative strategies with sales trends and customer demand
  • Reviewing data from social media, eDM marketing, and web analytics to optimize performance
  • Managing team performance through annual reviews, goal setting, and professional development support
  • Collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • 2+ years of team management experience, leading with creativity and purpose
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
  • Strong understanding of print design and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for project organization and workflow management
