Empower Women Through Design

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create high-impact visual assets that drive real results. Working from our Burleigh Heads office in a hybrid role, you'll collaborate with our dynamic Digital Marketing team to design compelling creative content across our digital channels.

You'll transform marketing briefs into scroll-stopping visuals that boost engagement and conversions. From social media graphics and email campaigns to website assets and app assets, you'll craft designs that not only look amazing but deliver measurable performance improvements.

What You Will Do:
  • Transform marketing briefs into durable layered assets in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Craft designs that cater to mobile-first web and social media audiences, including assets dimensions, size, and accessibility.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design Team Lead to produce new ideas and concepts and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Present design concepts to the Graphic Design Team Lead, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outcomes such as engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Maintain organised filing protocols for documenting, tracking, and maintaining version control of assets.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Brand to ensure creative support campaign objectives and performance targets.
  • Interpret creative performance insights to refine design approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design.
  • Demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating durable layered assets in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
