Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead our studio in Sydney. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating timeless, textural spaces and has proven experience leading projects across multi-residential developments and hospitality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end interior solutions on residential and hospitality projects, including concept development, detailed documentation, and design delivery.
  • Run client presentations and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetary parameters.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers, delegating effectively while maintaining quality standards and fostering career progression.

This position offers a collaborative and creative studio environment, opportunities to work on high-profile residential and boutique hospitality projects, and senior-level opportunities for leadership roles.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' professional experience in interior design with a focus on Class 2 residential developments and hospitality projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and maintain quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for detail, materials, and creating thoughtful, cohesive interiors that exceed client expectations.
