Job Summary:

  • Maintain good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement functional strategy in your area of management.
  • Determine an effective approach to implementing functional strategy.
  • Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and contributing to future strategy.
  • Lead a team or multiple teams of Risk professionals, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Responsible for hiring, compensation, performance appraisals, staff development, training, etc.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Subject Matter Expert in financial instruments, risk metrics, and Market Risk Management.
  • Expert analytical, technical, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, team-oriented, organized.
