About the Role

This crucial support role ensures our electricians are well-managed from initial contact to site deployment. Working closely with Electrical consultants, you'll handle candidate management and mobilisation without any business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate screening, registration, and compliance checks
  • Coordinating medicals, inductions, and site access requirements
  • Managing mobilisation paperwork and bookings
  • Updating systems and maintaining candidate records
  • Regular communication with candidates for updates, support, and a positive experience
