E-Scooter Operations Manager

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service and repair of e-scooters to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Develop and execute a warehouse management strategy to improve efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for warehouse KPIs, including productivity and inventory accuracy
- Train new warehouse staff, including refresher training as needed
- Plan and conduct monthly stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, including basic maintenance and consistent service delivery across all operational touch points
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning as needed
- A valid driver's license
- A suitable smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
- Prior mechanical experience with the ability to service and repair e-scooters, including comfort with lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy objects as needed
- Prior experience in warehouse operations & stock planning would be advantageous, particularly in the mobility, transit, or supply-chain space
- A hands-on approach to leadership, comfortable managing 'in the field' alongside team members
- Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, positivity, and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced start-up
