E-Scooter Service and Repair Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our Warehouse Technicians in Rockhampton, Australia.
About the Role- Service and repair e-scooters using industry-leading technology with focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Warehouse Management department.
- Monitor and maintain Workshop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide comprehensive training to new Warehouse Technicians on service and maintenance procedures.
- A valid Open Class Driver Licence is required.
- Prior experience in mechanical servicing and repair of e-scooters is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication and hands-on approach are necessary for success.
