Job Overview

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing e-scooters.

The ideal candidate has prior mechanical experience, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing teams.

  • Service and repair e-scooters
  • Develop and execute Warehouse Management strategies
  • Responsible for Workshop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Train new Warehouse Technicians including refresher training as needed.
  • Plan and conduct monthly stocktakes.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, including basic maintenance and consistent service delivery across all operational touch points
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning as needed.
  • Represent the company as a positive brand ambassador.
Requirements:
  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence
  • A suitable personal smartphone is required (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Prior mechanical experience with the ability to service and repair e-scooters, including comfort with lifting, carrying and manoeuvring heavy equipment as needed.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations & stock planning would be advantageous, particularly in the mobility space.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership - our Supervisor will need to be comfortable managing a team.
