We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our FE_WIBU team in Australia.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales on S&OP planning to ensure optimal stock holdings at part-number level.
Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand.
Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories, maintaining accurate master data in D365 ERP.
Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution, customs clearance, and tariff paperwork.
Manage customer returns, assess resale viability, and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
Support ERP module implementation and optimization for inventory management, resolving issues and driving improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365) and data management.
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international factory networks.
Familiarity with logistics, customs documentation, and tariff concessions.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems and processes.
