IT Service Delivery Manager
Job Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take the lead in our Regional Service Desk team.
You will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise across the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team, ensuring exceptional service delivery is achieved across the business.
- Leading a distributed team of Service desk engineers across the ANZ region.
- Driving leadership and motivation among a highly distributed team of engineers across ANZ.
- Prioritising service desk workloads to ensure optimal service levels are achieved.
- Identifying key service desk trends and reporting on them to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology and 3+ years' experience in a Senior Leadership or Service Desk Management position are required.
The successful candidate will be collaborative, a team player, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and show flexibility in an ever-changing role.
