We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to collaborate with the Commercial Finance Manager in delivering strategic insights, business case evaluations, and performance analytics that drive the financial success of our Customer portfolio, including financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and provide business case analysis for project investment proposals
  • Assess post-implementation benefits to evaluate project success and share findings
  • Analyze financial data to guide the customer business unit in enhancing profitability and strategic choices
  • Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to daily operational improvements
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, metrics submissions, and commentary for senior management
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create detailed budgets and forecasts for the Customer business unit
  • Present monthly results and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting significant risks and opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in a business partnering capacity
  • CA or CPA qualified or equivalent, with a background in a Commercial Finance setting
  • Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or a similar diversified industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel modeling, particularly with large datasets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset towards challenges and adaptability to change
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-financial stakeholders
